Get ready to encore your summer at the City of Kitchenerโ€™s brand-new outdoor music festival coming to the city this September! Endless Summer will feature free live performances from award-winning Canadian artists, showcase the flavours of the region, and keep the summer vibes rolling with fun free activities. Donโ€™t miss Endless Summer in Victoria Park on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 2 to 11 p.m.

Building on the annual festival favourites, organizers are excited to bring a new, fresh, youthful, open-air music festival to the mix and bring everyone together to celebrate the season in Victoria Park.

"Endless Summer will help us keep the summer going into September as the festival highlights some of Canadaโ€™s newest top talent, along with artists and businesses from across our community,โ€ said Kitchener Mayor Berry Vrbanovic. โ€œWeโ€™re inviting music fans from across southern Ontario to join us for the first year of this incredible festival, in what I am sure will be an unforgettable celebration as we look to wind up Summer 2024!โ€

Juno Award winner TALK will headline the festival, playing hits from his debut album Lord of the Flies & Birds & Bees including Billboard number 1 hit โ€œRun Away to Marsโ€, which currently has over 146M streams on Spotify.

Other artists include Montreal EDM artist, Rรชve; Latin folk artist, Helado Negro and Indie rock band, Born Ruffians, joined by several performers local to Kitchener. With a mix of pop, alternative, rock, Latin, and folk music, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

โ€œI canโ€™t wait to hear the sounds of summer fill Victoria Park,โ€ said Councillor Debbie Chapman. โ€œItโ€™s always wonderful to see our community come together to celebrate, and I think everyone will love the energy Endless Summer will bring to our downtown core.โ€

Local food trucks and a licensed bar area will bring the flavours of the city to the festival grounds. There will also be free interactive activities, a photo zone, and much more to enjoy all day long. Wrap up the weekend on Sunday exploring Kitchenerโ€™s downtown businesses, grabbing a meal on a patio or taking in the cityโ€™s arts and culture scene.

Endless Summer is free to attend and will be located in Downtown Kitchenerโ€™s Victoria Park on Saturday, Sept. 7 from 2 to 11 p.m. Learn more and plan your encore to summer at EndlessSummerKitchener.ca
